If you change your mind, we’ll be happy to exchange or refund it for you. If it’s within 14 working days, in its original condition and you’ve got proof of purchase, you can return your item to any of our stores. Some items cannot be returned unless faulty.
If you wish to return something when your delivery arrives, hand it back to the driver and we'll process your refund. Alternatively, return the item back to your local store with proof of purchase and our colleagues will be happy to refund or arrange an exchange. We can also issue credit note for your next purchase.
