Payment gateway secured payment with card details. We also offer Cash on delivery payment. Payment for COD and credit cards will only be accepted in the local currency (United Arab Emirates Dirhams), as displayed during checkout. The minimum order value is 200 (Aed) and Free delivery. However, if the ordered value is below 200 (Aed) we will charge 20 (Aed) Delivery fee.

Our job is to work hard with multiple suppliers and partners to make sure products are available all the time. We will update our website every single day for customers to know the availability of our products. However, If your product is out of stock we will call you and offer alternative products.
If we were not able to contact you before the delivery, we will send the alternative products and you can either accept or decline the alternative products.
Yes, To cancel your order, Please open the ParknShop Website, then choose the order you'd like to cancel followed by 'View Order Details' and then choose the 'Cancel Order' option. Then, our online team will call you and confirm our cancelation. If the payment has been made we will refund it as soon as possible and we can also issue a credit note for your next purchase.
If you change your mind, we'll be happy to exchange or refund it for you. If it's within 14 working days, in its original condition and you've got proof of purchase, you can return your item to any of our stores. Some items cannot be return unless faulty.
If you wish to return something when your delivery arrives, hand it back to the driver and we'll process your refund. Alternatively, return the item back to your local store with proof of purchase and our colleagues will be happy to refund or arrange an exchange alternative products.
